Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unopened item in its original box and use a plain, discreet outer shipping carton to ensure your privacy and the protection of the product during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our processing center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the factory seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
